Upon completion of the construction documents phase of work, our team can assist the client with the selection of reputable contractors, experienced with the construction of similar projects , who can provide bids for the work. As well , we can provide guidance to the client in the evaluation and negotiation of the bids received. If the client has preselected a builder, our team can assist the client and their contractor with the finalization of scheduling and details.
